TERMS & CONDITIONS / REGISTRATION POLICY

• Paid packages cannot be changed

• Participants will be gender and role balanced.

• Priority will be given to those who sign up as a couple or and have booked hotel packages.

• Access to the event is granted only to confirmed participants. Without completed registration process and a confirmed place participation is not possible to enter the event.

• You can book only the full event! No single evening tickets will be available, even for people who lives in Catania.

• Registrations are only accepted through the registration form on the website: volcanictangoweekend.wixsite.com/website

• Registration is possible as single leader or single follower. However, registering with a partner helps organizers to keep the balance between leaders and followers and would be really appreciated. It is not possible to change a couple registration into a single registration. Priority is for couples or singles who will choose hotel packages.

• Who will choose the only Marathon + After Party Packages has no priority, (possibility to enter the event as soon as the other packages will be sold out).

• Confirmation for couples can be sent only when the amount for both has been fully received.

• Payment must be made by bank transfer after the confirmation email.

• There is no claim for refunding for booked marathon places. Full refund of the hotel reservation can be requested within 40 days of the event date. Note that places are personal and cannot be transferred to other persons without prior consent of the organizers.

• COVID-19: in the event of a new lockdown, the money paid for the hotel reservation will be transformed into a voucher valid for 12 months, the marathon participation fee will be returned if requested
